Best Practice Show - Birmingham, 8-9 October 2025

This October, our team will be heading to the Best Practice show at the NEC, Birmingham. The event is always a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues across primary care, share knowledge, and explore how we can keep improving patient outcomes together.

Over the two days, you’ll be able to meet our team and talk to us about:

  • How we work alongside our NHS partners to deliver CQC-standard care
  • What it’s like to be part of our world-class team and the opportunities available to join us

We’re a little different from many healthcare providers – and proud of it.

We deliver only NHS contracts, with no private provision. Our focus is on supporting the public health system through safe, high-quality, community-based services. As a socially minded organisation, every decision we make is about adding value for patients.

What makes us different?

We work closely with ICBs to cut NHS waiting times, improve access to specialist care, and deliver excellent patient experiences.

Our Friends and Family Test data shows that:

  • 91% of patients would recommend us
  • 87% of patients gave us 4 or 5 stars

(Figures are taken from our 2025 Friends & Family survey)

Meet us at Best Practice

Stop by the HealthHarmonie stand at the Best Practice Show, 8–9 October, to find out how we make care more accessible, reduce NHS wait times, and support patients across multiple specialties.

We look forward to meeting you, hearing your ideas, and exploring how we can work together to deliver exceptional care for NHS patients.
