We’re pleased to share further positive developments in our partnership with Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Following our recent accreditation to deliver community-based Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) services across the region, our contract has now expanded to include Audiology services.
This enhanced service offer means we are now able to treat patients aged 5 and over, widening access to high-quality care for children and young people who will benefit from local, timely support.
In addition, we are excited to confirm that we will soon be launching a new service location in Dartford, further strengthening accessibility for patients across Kent and Medway.
Improved access for families: now treating patients aged 5 and above
With the inclusion of Audiology, we can now assess and treat younger patients who are experiencing hearing concerns or ENT-related issues. Offering community-based appointments for children aged 5+:
- Reduces travel time for families
- Suppors earlier diagnosis and intervention
- Helps improve long-term outcomes
- Ensures timely specialist input outside a hospital environment
This reflects our commitment to delivering accessible, patient-centred care for all age groups.
New Dartford community clinic launching soon
To improve local access even further, we will soon be expanding our services in Dartford. This will create more capacity for ENT and Audiology appointments and make it easier for patients across the Dartford, Gravesham and Medway areas to access timely care.
Full details and launch dates will be shared shortly.
We welcome conversations with ICBs, GPs, PCNs, and all community healthcare providers who share our commitment to collaborative, innovative care. To explore partnership opportunities or discuss how we can support your local health priorities, please contact us.
