HealthHarmonie Accredited by Kent & Medway ICB to Deliver ENT Services

We’re delighted to share that HealthHarmonie has been accredited by Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) to deliver Ear, Nose & Throat Services in the area.

This is an exciting step forward in our ongoing partnership with the NHS, expanding access to high-quality ENT care closer to home, and supporting the delivery of the NHS’s long-term vision for more accessible, efficient and patient-centred healthcare.

Consultant-led care that is closer to home
Our ENT service is consultant-led and designed to provide patients with timely access to assessments, diagnostics and treatment, within community-based clinics.

By bringing services into local settings, we aim to reduce waiting times, minimise travel for patients and ensure they receive expert care in familiar, convenient environments.

Working in collaboration with GPs, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and ICBs, our integrated approach ensures smooth transitions between primary and secondary care and continuity throughout the patient journey.

Supporting primary care and improving outcomes
We recognise the increasing demands placed on primary care, and our community-based services are designed to ease pressure on GP practices while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and safety.

By delivering these services within community settings, we help ICBs meet key national priorities:

  • Reducing hospital pressures
  • Optimising capacity
  • Ensuring patients receive high-quality specialist care without unnecessary delays

Collaborating for community impact
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with local health systems to co-design services that reflect the unique needs of each community.

Our flexible delivery model enables ICBs to scale services quickly in response to demand, while our robust clinical governance and patient feedback frameworks ensure continuous improvement and consistent quality of care.
