We operate from over 100 locations across England, including GP surgeries, medical centres, community hospitals, primary care/health & wellbeing centres and private clinic locations.
Our mission is to deliver patient care closer to home, supporting the NHS’s ten-year vision and promoting collaborative neighbourhood working through Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care Systems. All our locations are CQC registered and uphold high standards of clinical quality and safety. As we continue to expand, we welcome conversations with venues interested in hosting our services. By reducing the need for patient travel, we aim to alleviate pressure on primary care, shorten trust waiting times, and improve access to timely, local healthcare.

Our community-based clinics are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), ensuring accessible facilities for all patients, including those with mobility challenges or additional needs. We also offer professional interpreting services to support individuals with language or communication barriers, promoting inclusive, person-centred care in every local setting.
