What we do

HealthHarmonie works with NHS Trusts to provide both insourcing and outsourcing models to support Trust needs and work in partnership with hospitals to build viable, long term solutions. These solutions offer efficiency and cost savings whilst providing high-quality patient care. As an insourcing provider, we can offer support in various areas:

  • Review and redesign pathways with the Trust to deliver long term solutions

  • Use Bespoke IT systems to develop pathways

  • Use on and off-site facilities to meet demand levels

  • Workforce Solutions

  • Waiting List Management
     

We work with Trusts to design technologically based sustainable solutions specifically tailored to the unique demands and challenges that the individual Trust is facing, be that front end (Single Point of Access or triage) or back end such as additional capacity plus identifying and repatriating patients to the correct level of care out of the hospital setting.

We are CQC Registered, IGSOC Complaint and have our own Quality Assurance Systems for monitoring of services.

Waiting list management

We understand the pressure that NHS Trusts face, especially to achieve mandated 18 week RTT timeframes. HealthHarmonie can provide general, surgical and virtual clinic support to assist in managing wait times and increasing capacity.

 

We have worked with Trusts to provide support in seeing backlog patients, transferring patients, additional capacity to manage increased demand and long term weekend support to aid NHS Trusts.

Recently we have provided support for Ophthalmology services and facilitated the transfer of over 1000 stable glaucoma patients to aid Trust capacity.

Workforce Solutions

As an experienced provider, we have a dedicated recruitment team and existing staff resource, which we can use to support NHS Trusts in meeting demand.

 

We are able to provide short-term and long-term staffing solutions of Consultants, Locums, Nurses and Health Care Assistants. As a national provider, we have many staff based across England.

 

We monitor compliance of all staff through Quality Assurance Systems.
