Call Centre Manager
Hello, I’m Tayla and I’m our Call Centre Manager. I joined the company in February 2013 as an administrator after the completion of my Business Admin Apprenticeship at Sandwell College.
Within my role, I am responsible for overseeing the booking team and for ensuring that patients receive a high quality service when booking their appointment over the telephone. The patient is always at the forefront of everything we do and I work closely with my colleagues to continuously improve the efficiency of the booking process.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
