Evening and Weekend Call Centre Manager
Hello, I’m Selma and I’m our Evening and Weekend Call Centre Manager. I initially joined the company as a Call Centre Agent before being promoted to my current position in January 2018.
As Evening and Weekend Call Centre Manager, I’m responsible for a team of call handlers as well as a variety of office duties. I work closely with other team managers and with staff to ensure we are delivering quality care.
Outside of the work environment, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and going to the cinema.
