Internal Operations Manager
Hi, I’m James. I first joined the company in October 2012 as an apprentice from Sandwell College and have since developed my skill set to become the Internal Operations Manager for the company.
Within my role I oversee our administration and booking teams. I’m responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and for ensuring the smooth running of our service delivery. I work closely with my colleagues to deliver the best patient experience possible and improve the quality of our services.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
