Front Office Manager
Hi Everyone! My name is Hannah Bourne, and I have recently been promoted to Front Office Manager following previous roles within our Call Centre department such as Patient Care Adviser and Duty Manager. I started working for HealthHarmonie in April 2019 and am incredibly proud of the progression I have been able to make with the support and confidence of the business. I thoroughly enjoy working for HealthHarmonie as we strive to ensure patients are receiving the best quality service and level of care that they deserve. I am an outgoing, bubbly and positive individual which I believe are some strong characteristics for successful management and lead of departments. Some of my hobbies and interests are eating out with friends, spending time with my family and day trips out to find adventures!
