Call centre expansion underway

Fed up of waiting on the phone? We’ve got the message, and that’s why there are an additional 20 call handlers joining our team.

We’ve opened an additional office in Birmingham to accommodate the expansion and our team of highly trained call handlers are ready to answer your call.

Our call centre is open out of hours and we aim to answer 85% of calls within two minutes – there’s no need for booking an appointment to disrupt your day.

Give us a call between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 and 17:00 on Friday or 09:00 and 17:00 on Saturday and let us know how we can be of assistance.
