HealthHarmonie Supports the NHS in its Long-Term Plan to Deliver Innovative, High-Quality, Community Healthcare

HealthHarmonie is proud to play a vital role in supporting the NHS with its 10-year health plan (10YHP) by delivering accessible, high-quality elective care within community settings. Working on behalf of Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), we provide a wide range of services — including dermatology, gynaecology and ENT — designed to bring care closer to home, reduce hospital waiting times, and improve patient outcomes.

Working in partnership with the NHS

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with GPs, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and neighbouring health systems to design and deliver care pathways that meet the needs of local populations. By providing flexible, scalable community-based services, we help ICBs manage capacity more effectively, ensuring patients receive timely access to specialist care without unnecessary travel or hospital visits.

Innovating for the future

Innovation is central to our commitment to improving patient outcomes. We are proud to be piloting new technologies — including artificial intelligence (AI) solutions — on behalf of ICBs to enhance diagnostics, streamline referrals, and support clinical decision-making. These innovations not only improve efficiency but also enhance the patient experience and ensure clinicians can focus on delivering the highest standards of care.

Supporting preventative and proactive care

We share the NHS 10YHP’s commitment to prevention and early intervention. Through our specialist clinics and digital pathways, we support patients in managing their health proactively — helping to identify conditions earlier, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and promote long-term wellbeing.

Commitment to the NHS vision

As the NHS continues to evolve, HealthHarmonie remains dedicated to being a trusted partner in delivering the ambitions of the NHS 10YHP. Together with ICBs, GPs, and PCNs, we are building a more sustainable, integrated, and person-centred healthcare system for the future.
